Pragovka E-Factory Fáze I

The vast E Factory building is the beating heart of the 22 hectare project, a unique Pragovka art district located in the historic industrial centre of Prague 9, Vysočany. On more than 27,000 m2 it offers a spectacular combination of industrial architecture with a new concept of space that meets the demands of contemporary office buildings and modern technical standards. The E Factory building is currently undergoing a complete reconstruction aimed at improving the technical standard while preserving the unique industrial character of this national cultural monument. By phasing the work, we will keep all activities and the building running throughout the renovation. Pragovka offers a range of commercial space for a variety of uses - from retail units and venues suitable for cafes and restaurants, to spaces suitable for sports and training facilities, to facilities for a variety of cultural events. Pragovka also offers inspiring office space suitable for start-ups and early stage projects, as well as large companies with a need for further growth.
