Hila

Construction of the multifunctional Hila building in Brumlovka started in May 2024. The building, which will be located at the corner of Vyskočilova, Želetavská and Jemnická streets, will provide a combination of approximately 20,200 m² of office space for rent (2nd-8th floors), 71 rental residential units (9th-15th floors) and 2,400 m² of retail space on the ground floor when completed in spring 2027. All within one building. The building will also offer spacious terraces for office users and loggias with beautiful views for residents. The commercial units will be accessible from the surrounding streets as well as from the pleasant commercial arcade. Four underground floors will then provide approximately 420 parking spaces exclusively for the building's tenants, including the preparation of charging stations for electric vehicles. The Hila building will be fully in line with the company's ESG strategy and will thus be equipped with modern technologies, among which, for example, the radiant ceiling cooling and heating system, which represents a state-of-the-art concept of indoor climate treatment, is worth noting. The clever combination with the planned heat pumps will make this a highly efficient and operationally economical solution. The architectural design of the project is by the renowned Aulík Fišer architekti studio, and the building contractor is Gemo.
