BOKA Pankrác

BOKA Pankrác is a newly constructed commercial building that will offer its tenants up to 11 thousand m2 of office space and up to 3 700 m2 of retail space. The upper floors facing the quiet part will feature cascading residence terraces with a total area of 1,100 m2, while the other, busy side facing Na Pankráci Street will be characterised by an active ground floor with shops. The dynamics of the project is given by the public passage running through the centre of the building. Thus, the project will not become a barrier in the outdoor space, but on the contrary a natural part of it, and at the same time it will keep the inhabitants of the apartment buildings in the neighbourhood away from the busy street with trams. Instead of a traditional reception area, the building will offer a two-storey foyer with a reception and café, allowing employees to use this inspiring space for their work. Of course, there is ample parking for bikes and cars in the underground garage - including fast chargers for electric cars.
The building is innovative and energy-efficient and targets the highest level of the prestigious global Leed Platinum certification for sustainable projects. Green materials, heat recovery and rainwater harvesting will also be used. Heating and cooling will be provided by an alternative energy source. In addition, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof.
